Slack direct API integration

Overview

Integrate Slack with your platform to sync key data including:

• Users list
  
  • First, Last Name
  • Email
  • Avatar
  • Last Used
  • Team plan
  • Job title

NOTE: This is the read-only integration 

Connection Steps

1. Navigate to the Integrations page
2. Click 'Connect' at the Slack widget
3. Select workspace account
4. Accept the access level provided

Connect and Test

• After configuring the settings and scopes, Spendbase starts pulling the data 
  • usually, the status of the widget changes to Getting data
  • it may take some time (from a couple of seconds up to 30 minutes)
• As soon as the sync is done user will be notified:
  • in In-app notification with a successful status 
  • status at widget changes to Active

Disconnect:

1. Users can disconnect the Slack at any time
2. Click on the status on the widget (Active, Actions required)
3. Click Disconnect

1. View profile details about people in your workspace
2. View information about your identity

Content and info about your workspace (read-only)

1. People in your workspace
2. Email addresses of people in your workspace
3. Name, email domain, and icon for workspaces you‘re connected to
4. Profile details about people in your workspace
