Manual adding

User can always add any app and fill out the details:

  • Process: Users can add an application by manually entering the app's details into the platform. This includes filling out editable fields such as the app name, owner, department, license details, and costs.
  • When to Use: This method is ideal for apps not covered by Spendbase’s automated integrations or for those preferring hands-on control over their SaaS catalog.

How to do it:

  1. Click Add button at top right
    Add app

  2. Start typing the app name and then populate at least required fields:
    Save app manually

  3. Hit Add at the end and the app will show up in the list
