Each application is represented by an "integration card," which provides essential information about the app and its connection status to Spendbase.
Filters for Tailored Viewing
To streamline navigation, the Integrations page features several filters allowing you to view integrations based on specific criteria:
- All Integrations (default): Displays every available integration.
- Connected: Shows only the apps currently connected to your Spendbase account.
- Coming Soon: Lists upcoming integrations that will be available shortly.
- Recommended: Highlights integrations suggested for your particular needs or industry.
- By Category: Filters integrations into categories like Accounting, Communication, Marketing, Productivity, and Sales & CRM, helping you find apps by function.
Integration Cards
Each integration card on the page provides a snapshot of the application, including its name, a brief description, and its current status regarding your Spendbase account. The statuses you might see include:
- Connect: Indicates the app is available for connection.
- Active: Shows the app is currently connected and operational.

The Connection Flow
Connecting an app to Spendbase typically follows a few simple steps, ensuring secure and efficient integration:
- Initiate Connection: Click on the integration card and select the "Connect" status button to start the process.
- Enter Credentials: You'll be prompted to enter login credentials for the app you're connecting, such as an email address and password. The exact information required varies by application.
