Installing Spendbase Chrome extension

You can install the Spendbase Chrome Extension either manually or forcefully for all employees in your organization.

What you should do before:

1. Sign in to Spendbase platform as a Team Owner (Admin)
2. Navigate to Integrations -> Chrome extension
3. Activate Chrome extension (simply install it as a team Owner)
   
   1. this way you'll activate data streaming from Chrome extension that your employees later install into Spendbase account

Manual Install:

1. Navigate to the Google Chrome Store and search for "Spendbase Chrome Extension."
2. Click on Add to Chrome.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Once installed, the extension will begin tracking relevant corporate software usage data automatically.

Forced Install (Google Admin Console):

1. Open Google Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions.
3. Click Force Install and search for the Spendbase Chrome Extension.
4. Select the extension and click Save.

With the forced install, the extension is automatically added to every corporate account browser, ensuring complete data collection.
