How do I apply for and start using Wallet features with Spendbase?

Eligibility requirements
To access and use Spendbase Wallet features, your company must meet the following criteria:
• Be registered within the UK or the EEA.
• Operate within permitted business sectors.
• Beneficiaries and authorized persons must be at least 18 years old.
• Neither the beneficiaries nor the authorized persons can be registered in countries prohibited by our policies.

Activation steps
1. Log in/Sign up: access your Spendbase account.
2. Go to Wallet tab and click ‘Get Started’.
3. Enable 2FA: activate two-factor authentication.
4. Submit company info: provide company details, registration address, documents, beneficiary, and authorized person details.

Documentation preparation
Be prepared to provide relevant company documents at each step, such as formation documents, proof of address, and personal identification for stakeholders.

Verification process
After submitting the application, you will be directed to a pending verification screen. Verification can take up to 36 hours. Once verified, you will receive an email and in-system notifications about the outcome. If you are approved, you will be granted access to the payment account and other features. If rejected, you will not be able to use the Wallet. You may reapply or contact our support team for assistance.
