App details overview

User can oversee and edit the details of apps already in your SaaS inventory:

  1. click the app in grid
    App details

  2. navigate the tabs
    App details

Overall info:

The default tab the opens while making it to app details is Overview that shows the basic info on renewal date, owner, department and last payment

Also, user can quickly check what Projected cost is (based on the active subscriptions), Actual spends and Paid seats

Projected cost:

this mini-widget shows the projected cost as the sum of all subscriptions added multiplied by the billing cycle. The default period set is Annually. In other words it accumulates and automatically calculate annual projected cost across all subscriptions in this app

Other periods available:

  • Annually
  • Semi-annually
  • Quarterly
  • Monthly

By switching between them Spendbase will be automatically recalculate cost

Actual spends

this mini-widget shows the actual spends for the past periods. It's pulled from connected accounting system like QuickBooks, Zoho or uploaded via the CSV file.

It gives a chance to compare what you expect (projected cost) and what you've actually spend for the past period thus you can adjust your expectations to your reality

The default period set is Last 12 months.

Other periods available:

  • Year to date
  • Last month
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Last 12 months
  • All times
  • Custom range
