Dropbox direct API integration

Overview

Integrate Google Workspace with your platform to sync key data including:

• Users list
  
  • First, Last Name
  • Email
  • Avatar
  • Last used

• Third-party app list
  
  • Space usage
  • Team

NOTE: This is the read-only integration

Connection Steps

1. Navigate to the Integrations page
2. Click 'Connect' at the Dropbox widget
3. Select workspace account
4. Accept the access level provided

Connect and Test

• After configuring the settings and scopes, Spendbase starts pulling the data 
  • usually, the status of the widget changes to Getting data
  • it may take some time (from a couple of seconds up to 30 minutes)
• As soon as the sync is done user will be notified:
  • in In-app notification with a successful status 
  • status at widget changes to Active

Disconnect:

1. Users can disconnect the Dropbox at any time
2. Click on the status on the widget (Active, Actions required)
3. Click Disconnect

Scope:

1. Account_info.read
   View basic information about your Dropbox account such as your username, email, and country
2. Team_info.read
   View basic information about your team including names, user count, and team settings
3. Team_data.member
   View structure of your team's and members' folders
4. Team_data.content.read
   View content of your team's files and folders
5. Members.read
   View your team membership

You can update the scopes available in your Dropbox account any time
