Single Team Membership per Email

• At Spendbase, each user can be associated with only one team per email account. This means that the email address used to sign up or to accept an invitation to Spendbase is uniquely tied to a single team.

Implications for Team Members:

• Once a team member accepts an invitation to join a team using their email, they cannot use the same email address to join another team.
• This ensures clear delineation of roles and responsibilities, preventing conflicts and confusion that might arise from having the same user across multiple teams.

Access Restrictions for Invited Team Members

Uniform Access:

• All invited team members are granted access only to the team they were invited to. They can access data, perform tasks, and manage resources within the permissions of their designated roles in that specific team.

IDP Integration Across Multiple Teams

Flexible Integration:
