Requests grid

The Requests Grid provides a comprehensive view of all procurement requests, with sorting and filtering options to help manage large volumes of requests.

Grid Columns:

  • Created On: Date the request was submitted.
  • Name: The name of the item being requested.
  • Requested By: The employee who submitted the request.
  • Department: The department associated with the request.
  • Workflow: The name of the workflow the request is following.
  • Price: The expected price specified by the requester.
  • Progress: A progress bar indicating which step the request is in.
  • Next Approver: The approver is responsible for the next step.
  • Due Date: The date by which the request must be processed.

Sorting and Filtering:

  • Sorting: Requests can be sorted by any column, such as by due date or price in ASC/DESC order
  • the default sorting is
    • 1st level - by progress step a request is on (from lowest -> highest -> Approved/Declined/Cancelled)
    • 2nd level - by due date (furthest in the past -> closest in the past -> closest in the future -> furthest in the future -> no date)
  • Filtering: Use filters to narrow down the requests by department, workflow, or approver
  • Filtering options:
    • All requests - aggregates all requests available for the role
    • My current approvals - aggregates all requests that are on the step where a user is approver now
    • My upcoming approvals - aggregates all requests where a User is approver (any step in the future)
    • My requests - aggregates all requests created by a User
