Deleting a workflow is an irreversible action, so it’s important to proceed with caution.
Deleting Steps:
- Navigate to the Procurement section and find the workflow you want to delete.
- Click the Delete button next to the workflow’s name.
- A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you want to delete the workflow. If confirmed, the workflow will be permanently removed from the system.
- all ongoing requests on this workflow will be temporarily canceled
Effect on Active Requests:
- Ongoing Requests: Deleting a workflow does not delete requests that were processed under it. Historical requests will still be visible in the system.
